These Terms and Conditions govern your use of critical-factors.com and any products purchased through this site. By accessing this site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products

Kinney Group LLC offers digital products through critical-factors.com, including the free 7-Step PIP Checklist and PIP IT!, the implementation guide. Pricing for any paid product is displayed at the point of purchase. All products are delivered digitally. No physical product delivery is applicable.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. We do not store payment card information on our systems. Access to a paid digital product is granted once payment is confirmed.

Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. If you experience a problem accessing a product you have paid for, contact us at david@thekinneygroup.com and we will make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Critical Factors Management System framework, the 7-Step Performance Improvement Plan, the PIP Checklist, PIP IT!, and all associated methodology and written materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of Kinney Group LLC. No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without express written permission.
